At $110 a month, the Virtual Office solution gives your one-person business an address to receive packages and mail correspondence, 2 hours of conference room usage between the hours of 9am and 6pm and access to all of Sunshine’s events and community benefits. Desk space is available by the day for $30. Sunshine’s Coworking solution, at $325 a month, allows for an open, collaborative, non-dedicated workspace in our designated coworking area, 24/7 secure access, a 9am-6pm receptionist service, high-speed copy/scan/print services, unlimited domestic and international faxing.

For those who do require their own space-well, of course at Sunshine we accommodate that also, from $575 a month and up.
