At $99 a month, the Virtual Office solution gives your one-person business an address to receive packages and mail correspondence, 1 hour of conference room usage between the hours of 9am and 6pm and access to all of Sunshine’s events and community benefits. Desk space is available by the day for $30. Sunshine’s Coworking solution, at $275 a month, allows for an open, collaborative, non-dedicated workspace in our designated coworking area, 24/7 secure access, a 9am-6pm receptionist service, high-speed copy/scan/print services, unlimited domestic and international faxing.

Our dedicated workstations come in three configurations made to fit whatever your business’s needs may be. These solutions are:

  • Think Tank

    In our Think Tank grouping of 4-5 desks, you’ll be partnered with independent workers in similar industries, starting at $375 and up. Sunshine’s Think Tank solution is also perfect for companies of 4-5 people.

  • Partner Solution

    Our partner solutions are ideal for a 2-person team, with either a side-to-side or back-to-back configuration, from $425 and up.

  • Private Desk

    For those who do require their own space-well, of course at Sunshine we accommodate that also, from $525 a month and up.

All Dedicated Workspace solutions come with 24/7 secure access, 9am-6pm receptionist service, package and mail receiving, unlimited domestic and international faxing, 10+hours of conference room usage, and high-speed copy/scan/print services.
