Sunshine NY Bronx Location!

Today, Sunshine Suites announced the south Bronx business incubator, a joint venture between the office community of Sunshine NY and the New York City Economic Development Corporation, in the historic Bank Note Building.Here’s a photo of Sunshine co-founder and managing partner Cheni Yerushalmi making the proud announcement (and running New York!).Crane’s also published a great article on the Bronx location, quoting Cheni:

Sunshine Co-Founder Cheni Yerushalmi promotes the idea of open space and fostering a community within the group, through events, team sports and even a vacation home in Vermont used as a corporate getaway.To help jumpstart this initiative, the city’s Economic Development Corp. provided a $250,000 grant. Overall the Bronx incubator is the sixth to launch in the City since September 2008.“With 1 million residents, we saw that as an opportunity,” Mr. Yerushalmi said. “The grant we received allowed us to create a dynamic, unbeatable price that will show the potential of the Bronx.
